Had to ask for them and took a long time to arrive at room. Outside lighting was very poor. Very nervous walking to room. Major renovations going on, not a good location, too close to bars, felt unsafe, pool unusable. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 I've stayed in better hotels for less. This place was filthy, and I would never stay here again without checking out the room first to ensure it isn't substandard. I'm not normally a picky person but when you're being harassed by flies and The staff was really, really nice! The room was filthy, flies everywhere, actual dirt covering the bathroom floor, black marks on the walls, dirty shower.. customer rating 4 out of 5 No comment. It was close to the train station, but in the industrial area, that should have been noted in the description. TV channels were very lacking.
