I called to confirm my reservation at the posted check-in time. I was told my room was ready and I informed the hotel I would be arriving in 1-2 hours. Upon my arrival, I was told I had already checked in (not the case). The employee went up Nothing,<BR/>I was barely there because my reservation was worthless. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Very good for the price. Will go out of their way to accommodate you. Friendly and clean. I've stayed here before and different rooms yet I always get good Service from Front Desk to House cleaners. Will stay here again. Friendly and obliging staff.
