Most staff are very friendly although, one lady in the breakfast room was insistent on our finishing breakfast by 9:30am as they had to cle The check in staff was very friendly. One of the breakfast room attendants was insistent that we finish our breakfast so they could clean at exactly 9:30am. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Close everything, but one problem if you left something behind on this hotel and you ring them, the female front desk is so rude and not helping you at all. We are not happy at all on this trip. Its like a nightmare.
