We rented a king suite and were placed next to a bus of senior citizens and we made up the entire hotel population, but when we requested another floor we were denied. Someone had a dog in the room next to us! It barked the entire two nights, and it Very clean and impressive because the outside is a bit deceiving. Poor guest placement, double charged our card, very hot ambient temperature. customer rating 5 out of 5 This hotel exceeded all expectations. Very friendly, accommodating staff, great restaurant, clean with beautiful furnishings. Breakfast is free, but not continental-style - they bring it to you from a choice of several selections.
