We loved the restaurant across three street and loved the staff. The front desk lady went out of her way to help us find activities in the area. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Our rooms air wasn't working and she upgraded us. No pool. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Hotel staff tried to make change rooms mid stay due to staff overbooking rooms, dirty rooms-pets allowed and pet hairs were found in rooms, strange substances found on pillowcases which needed changed out, housekeeping always ignored do not disturb sign 4+ hours prior to hotels check out time, ice machine out of ice each time went to use, if we would have been left alone by housekeeping and staff hotel would have been rated better. Price & location. Poor housekeeping, violates do not disturb 4+ hours prior to check out, uncooperative staff. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Basically clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Good proximity to a variety of restaurants. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, Cindy especially. No Pool.
