They also were not open to any suggestions as to how to make it fair. Location Pool was closed for maintenance, they did not contact me I may have found another motel. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Easy to find. First room, heater didn't work second room, no batteries in remote, had to keep on going back n forth to the desk at 11:00 pm, not happy about that. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Friendly staff, room smelled like cigarette smoke, shower water pressure was bad, and tub needs updated.
