The only advantage is parking, which is $10 a night with in/out privileges (cheap for a downtown hotel). I have stayed at all of the hotels in downtown Columbus and this is, by far, my least favorite. It's not in the best location, especially if you're on a leisure trip and want to spend time closer to Uptown/the Short North. The rooms are a decent size but the beds are small and the ceilings seemed very low. Breakfast was expensive and not good. The worst part was when we checked in. We were very tired and after the front desk attendant greeted us, he took a phone call and talked on the phone for almost ten minutes while we were waiting at the desk. Parking was cheap. Ignorant staff. Not the best location. Low ceilings. customer rating 4 out of 5 This hotel was above average but not what I would call "upscale" exactly. We did very much appreciate the staff. Everyone we were around was very pleasant. We would return if we could receive the same deal...but not for the regular price. The staff was very pleasant, especially the housekeepers, and the breakfast buffet was quite good. Our room was quiet. The room was quite plain...the bathroom needed work/paint customer rating 4 out of 5 The staff was friendly and helpful. They also provided a shuttle that covers a 3 mile radius. The shuttle drivers had great knowledge of the area. The bar area was not too inviting.
