The bed and café were okay. The price I was charged and the staff. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The cost of the room was more and I was not offered to have this waived even though I was very tired and had to wait for the change. If I had not been so tired I would not have stayed there. The money was not the issue, the principle of keeping the customer was.I mentioned this to the manager the morning we left and was given the same answer. Proper customer service would have been an offer to refund. Because of the event we were attending, I did not have time to make alternate arrangements. Although the stink outside the room was unbearable, they went to great lengths to ensure the room smelled OK. The room they put me in was one king size bed. I had ordered 2 queen. This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed at, I slept with my clothes on because of the filthiness of the room, there was a wild turkey whiskey bottle in the so called computer room, truly disappointed. If I wasn't so tired from a long drive, I would have left. Absolutely nothing..my bed had food on it.. The first room they gave me was occupied, the door was open, the bed wasn't made and food was everywhere..my second room, the toilet didn't flush.
