I had trouble with the door to my room and the night clerk walked with me to the room to make sure I could get in. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and I was surprised that it actually looked like the picture. Most of the time it doesn't. Not a bad place to crash if you are traveling on business and need a bed but it's not a romantic getaway. The room was clean and everything was exactly as describe.
