Our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was dirt all over the carpet lining, the edges of the entire room. The ceiling in the shower had debris falling from a hole in it. The smoke alarm was hanging by a wire out the wall and Absolutely nothing. The manager was rude and unaccommodating. Our room was disgusting. customer rating 3 out of 5 Took forever to check in and out, problems with doors not locking, light fixtures falling, tons of bugs in the pool water. Cheap. Dirty and not up on their maintenance.
