The online comments don't do true justice to the hotel, some people will either have a goo The area (made us feel safe, cleanliness, beds comfortable, the mall very nice stores,free parking, the price, having a wheelchair available. The room not having a micro/frig in it ( would have helped so much), no air fresheners in the bathrooms. needs more lighting in the parking lots. customer rating 5 out of 5 Chic room and friendly staff, linens rocked. A couple of minor dings, dents, and picks in the room. customer rating 4 out of 5 The staff was friendly and the hotel was completely booked. We had drinks in the hotel bar, which was reasonably priced, and it was a fantastic way to wind down from the 8 hour drive. The hotel was comfortable and close to the attractions we had come out to see. The indoor pool was freezing cold.
