The carpet in our room is showing its age. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Positive experience overall with the exception of Saturday morning breakfast. The staff that morning were extremely disappointing;the service was substandard. We had to literally track down staff to get plates/bowls/condiments on the buffet. Both my husband and I felt we were somehow inconveniencing the staff by asking for these items (we needed to ask several times).One staff member in particular (the hostess) appeared incredibly indifferent. She really shouldn't be in the service industry or representing your hotel. The quality of food was disappointing, especially the juices which appeared to be watered down considerably. It was such a negative experience we did not go down for Sunday breakfast. Great Reno's, nice rooms and front desk staff were friendly and accommodating-beautiful scenery. Service at Saturday morning breakfast was an extremely disappointing experience. customer rating 4 out of 5 Very accommodating. Very friendly and accommodating staff very friendly and wonderful space for pets very accessible for elders. No bathtub in our room.
