The main issue was the front desk staff that couldn't seem to get things straight this time. We've booked online before and stayed there before but this time they lost our original room and then it took half an hour to get things sorted out. Lobby area/Bar has been renovated and updated. Took us 30 minutes to check in because of great confusion with our online room purchase/then charged twice. customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel lobby and rooms are kept very clean and are spacious. Staff here are very friendly. The hotel has an updated feel to it. We took advantage of their free airport shuttle two times and our driver was very prompt and friendly. We would highly recom Friendly staff, clean, large rooms, and updated. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The restaurant connected to this hotel is very slow, over an hour to get a hamburger to go! Everything else about the hotel was great, much nicer inside than I expected.
