Bathroom sink clogged, toilet made noises after flushing. customer rating 4 out of 5 Beach front. Kids running up and down the hall, staff w/walkie talkie in hall, 7am wakeup call I didn't ask for. customer rating 5 out of 5 Beautiful- I really want to go back when the weather is warmer so I can take advantage of the pools, bars outside, many chairs(rocking and lounge chairs). The parrots were so pretty. The lounge areas were very warm and cozy. Even on Christmas Eve, when most people do not won't to work, the staff were nice, friendly and seemed glad to help when asked. I wish check out time wasn't so early.
