The breakfast buffet was not very appetizing, they ran out of guest newspapers, didn't have a connector I could use with my Ipad, the key had to be replaced everyday to work, breakfast was 7:00 to 9:00. Most places are to 10:00. The woman who checked us in was friendly and went out of her way to get the rooms we wanted. We received the smallest rooms. customer rating 2 out of 5 I would rather stay in a motel 6 then the this rat nest. I did not request to change rooms because, time. This place can use a major over haul. Free breakfast. Well the air in the room was stale. The toilet seat was broken, the sink was backed up. Dining area needed to be updated. The Bench seats were very bad. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Rooms was small, plumbing out dated, pool was cold and outside portion was closed with a very dirty cover over it. Food was alright, bar was closed, room service was prompt. Children & pets are treated well. Friendly staff, very nice to children and pets. Pool was cold and only half of it was open.
