We came to this Best Western because we were evacuating with our dogs from the Outer Banks due to Hurricane Irene. The second day we lost electricity, and the owner moved us to another Best Western that had power. We were charged a very reasonable am customer rating 4 out of 5 Complimentary hot breakfast. Heavy rain came through the door and some luggage got wet. customer rating 5 out of 5 Basically good. Over 35 years ago I use to work as a housekeeper so I always inspect specific areas whenever my family travels. If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tire I probably would have asked for another room. Complementary breakfast bar and the quality of the sheets. Something white on bathroom floor area on floor around toilet not completely clean.
