Had no problem or complaints. Room was spacious, clean, and very nice. Traffic during rush hour is hard to get out during that time. customer rating 3 out of 5 The hotel met my needs but not comfortably (noise) Recently, all I have been getting are Holiday Inns and they have not been the best (noisy). The location is great. Without traffic it's a 5-7 minutes drive in Downtown Raleigh. It's close to 2 or 3 big shopping malls and everything else you'll need is close by. I stayed here with my wife and we'd definitely come here again. The pool is outside and I'm not sure how great it is for younger children. The pool area could be better. Great location, clean facility, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and free newspapers delivered to the rooms. For some reason room service skipped over our room while we were gone and didn't freshen up our room.
