Calling the front desk yielded no relief. Location. I have never been in a noisier hotel. Walls were thin and people were laughing and yelling in the halls all night. The staff did nothing. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 This hotel was very clean; front desk staff friendly and helpful, as were the shuttle drivers. The breakfast room was stocked with average variety but had very good seating + TV set to news channel. The shuttle service surpassed my expectations. Terrific shuttle service to airport which runs every quarter hour. Used it going back & forth several times, very helpful. Cleaning downstairs restroom during breakfast hours -- seriously? You don't think that's a bit inconvenient for your guests? customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I will never stay at this motel again. The other motels in this area does not charged a fee for extended parking. Nothing! I did not like the unexpected parking fee. I stayed at this motel 3 weeks prior and wasn't charged a fee.
