Sheets and towels were threadbare; AC and phone did not work. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Even though motel was basically empty, we were put in the back of the hotel where stairs were falling apart. My husband is disabled and they did not have a handicap room. Toilet was broken upon arrival and bathroom vent cover was off causing a terrible no Nothing. Bathroom - poor condition; stairs leading to room in terrible shape.
