Customer Reviews for Best Western Edison Inn Garnercustomer rating 0.5 out of 5 Upon arrival to the room we found that we had a King size bed. We were traveling with 2 adults and 3 children. When I went to the staff to change rooms to a double occupancy they said they were not able to do that. When asked if we could at least have a roll out bed, she looked in the closet and when it wasn't there she didn't look any further. Her answer to this situation was to give me a couple of extra blankets so the kids could sleep on the floor. She said I would like to help you but I'll get in big trouble if I do. So, the kids slept on the floor. The sink was located in the room, not in the bathroom which was just awkward. The bathroom was incredibly small and you could barely move. There was a hole in the wall where the shower spout came out of the wall. I will never stay at a Best Western again. A Holiday Inn Express and a Best Western are not equivalent star categories. Nothing. Staff was unable & unwilling to help. Lobby was old and outdated. customer rating 5 out of 5 Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good & dining room was clean. Staff was EXCELLENT. Room was clean ! customer rating 4 out of 5 Extended my booking from 2 nights to 3. Didn't like that I had to give credit card for incidentals both times I booked room. The staff should have looked my credit card up from the first stay the day before so I wouldn't need to be inconvenienced. Liked the exercise room. Need elevator.
