I was traveling across country with my family due to being reassigned by the military so I paid for the hotel site unseen. I called the hotel ahead of time to confirm my check in time and ensure I had adequate The receptionist was more help than the management. My bathroom was an eye sore, there were roaches and my room had a horrible smell. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Needs a lot of repairs. It was located next to the building where i was attending a graduation. Located next to a sewage treatment plant, the odor was terrible. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Pool was closed. Staff was unaccommodating and the rooms were in decent condition. No real complaints but no reason to want to return either. Easy access. Predominately vacant but put the few guests in adjoining rooms, so noise was an issue.
