The lobby appeared to be updated however the few pieces of furniture which were sparse and not arranged in any particular seating needs upgrade. The elevators are horrible and were not clean. The room was OK. Drab linen on the bed and the towels were rough. The room needs some definite upgrading. The beds are not comfortable, and the air conditioning/heating unit was so dirty on the inside,carpet could do with a good vacuuming. I happen to run my hand on the headboard and it was so dusty. Bathroom was not spotless and could be spruced up. Garbage was not emptied one day and all the dirty towels were still on the floor and the clean ones on the rack. We did not have an extra roll of toilet paper, we ran out. Went to make coffee the inside of the area to put the water had dust in there. Hotel needs work. Fire place in the lobby, exercise room. Room, cleanliness, linens, elevators, no indoor pool. customer rating 3 out of 5 Clean and quiet. For an executive room, it did not have a big screen TV, just an old CRT.
