Poor maintenance/pool wasn't cleaned out/stains in man lobby and floors. customer rating 3 out of 5 This is a nice hotel if they replace those malfunctioned AC/ Heating units. The heater in the first room we were given did not work at all. The hotel staff is very nice and they quickly changed the room to a new one. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. Heating/AC unit was very noisy and couldn't sleep much because of it.. customer rating 4 out of 5
No complaints about the hotel, quiet, clean, and good service. Did not eat at the restaurant, only stayed one night.
