I can assure you we'll never choose another Hilton! Not only that but the staff was extremely unprofessional not projecting the typical Hilton image. We were frustrated, disappointed, aggravated, insulted and more. Location. Staff! Rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, condescending, lazy, and uncaring. customer rating 5 out of 5 Great Location, Great Price, Great Staff, and when I return to the area, I hope to stay again! The couple in the next room were either lifting weights or having sex. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Nice hotel, but let college kids run wild for the two nights we were there. It was the loudest hotel I've ever been in all night long. My parents who traveled with us left their room at 3:00 am and drove three hours home it was so bad. At least think of the other guests and make them quiet down, it is your grounds. Business meetings were unbearable we were so tired. Clean, modern, nice. Staff very friendly. Management and security on our floor till 4:00 am because college kids so loud. Yelling, door slamming all night for two nights!
