We even explained that we would pay they difference, but they would not help us in any way, Not a good first experience and will not use again or recommend. Hotel was nice. Hotel is not as close to city, they had one closer and they stated people always think they are at closer hotel. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 This is a surprisingly nice hotel for this price. The room was a good size. I felt safe there. A computer was available. The breakfast was very good, free newspaper, news channel was on TV at breakfast - just like home. I highly recommend it. Probably the most attractive of the hotels at this location. Very friendly second shift clerk. Evening clerk a bit brisk, but all right. Very quiet rooms, and clean. TV has large selection of channels, but most of the fare is mindless. Breakfast is served from 6 am, including hard-boiled eggs and fruit, as well as waffles, cold cereal, bagels. Only complaint is that coffee is very weak, like colored water. Motel honored my room location request, and then happily moved me when it turned out that I was located between two teen rooms with some traffic and door slamming, and instructed me to inform them right away if there was any more trouble. I would stay here again. Extremely friendly second shift desk clerk; honored my room preference location, then happily it when I found myself located near noisy teens. Coffee was colored water -- extremely weak, including room coffee. Although fridge is extremely quiet, air-conditioner fan is a bit loud.
