We were awakened at 3:30 am by the TV and laughter in the next room. A call to the desk worked to get the TV turned down, but when the next rooms phone rang we thought at first it was ours. This said the hotel is well maintained and clean. It is a shame about the noise. Clean well kept, close to my destination. Everything was decidedly frill-free, from the waterproof mattresses (which, once I thought for a while, I found to be a good thing - if they're going to spend the same amount of effort cl They didn't have any problems with my 1 AM checkin. You could tell the mattresses had waterproof covers - sort of mentally comforting, but uncomfortable.
