Seems to need an overall upgrade to the property. customer rating 1 out of 5 Was met by a surly desk clerk for check in.I was too exhausted at the time and just wanted to get to bed so didn't argue. Next morning, shower started out warm (not hot) and rapidly got cold. When I mentioned to the desk clerk at checkout, he tried to tell me that this was because I turned the handle the wrong way. When I informed him that the handle only turns one way and turning it the wrong way was impossible, he actually tried to argue with me. Not much at all. Surly and unhelpful staff. No hot water for shower. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Basic room met our needs of a place to sleep for one night while we were in Utica to see a band. Nothing fancy, but clean and you can't beat the price. Clean room. No elevator that we could find off the lobby.
