After being pleasantly surprised at a couple of other Holiday Inns, I was really surprised at what a pit this place was. It seemed OK in the common area, but when you get to your room. Forget it. Location was pretty good. It was dirty and rundown. Staff required us to sign a group damage waiver even though we tirelessly explained that we were not with a group. A dump. customer rating 4 out of 5 Clean and comfortable rooms. Not in a great area of town. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 All good here. Would stay here again. Good location and good price.
