Customer Reviews for Best Western Mill River Manor Rockville Centrecustomer rating 0.5 out of 5 We specifically ask for a non-smoking room and received a room that several people smoked in burnt holes in the bed spread and on the rug room reek of smoke. When we told the hotel mg he said he will bill the last person who stayed there a fee for smoking in the room. that did nothing for us as we had to stay in the room and we were non-smokers. The room was unbearable at times. Very unpleased. We had a room that someone smoked in and we requested a non smoking room. customer rating 3 out of 5 It was a great location. There was a lot to do within walking distance. I wish upon checking they had mentioned that there were renovating and that the noise level early in the morning would be very loud! customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Could use some updates and the TV's could be changed from tubes to LCD's. It is 2012 people. No room service dinning available. Over all not my cup a tea, but more like a cup a coffee. The receptions! Very charming and quite helpful.
