On check in, people before me and after me were offered bottled water, they were Hilton Honors members. Made me feel second class. During the night, an alarm went off in the hallway two separate times. No sleeping at this hotel! I complained on check out, left my contact information, and never heard from anyone. Totally unacceptable. Rooms were nice. Seemed to show great preference for Hilton Honors members. Made me feel second class. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Too old. It's a convention hotel.
