Customer Reviews for Best Western University Inn Oleancustomer rating 4.5 out of 5 It was a nice comfortable place to stay. The coffee was fresh in the mornings as well as the muffins and fruit. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It was convenient to our location. The parking got crowded due to a weather situation and power trucks were called in from other areas and parked in the parking lot with large utility. customer rating 5 out of 5 The front desk lady was very nice. She let me check-in early. They let me add two more nights due to the weather change coming. The breakfast lady Irene was a joy to see in the morning. She was very nice to talk with. The hotel in all was much better then the Hampton Inn, Olean. Employees are friendly. The room was clean. I will stay here again. The bagels & muffins were always hard. Not the breakfast ladies fault. customer rating 5 out of 5 Great value and very convenient for the area. Breakfast was better than many places I have stayed and staff was excellent. I will use this hotel again in the future. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Nothing was great!
