We went in April so it wasn't like it was peak tourist season. I would think the staff would welcome guests when business is slow but that did not seem like the case. Within walking distance to the falls. Mold in the bath tub. Hotel location is very good to Falls attractions and casino. Room was clean but aged and could use updated. Have stayed here before and will stay here in the future. Ate dinner at restaurant, food (chicken sandwiches), not very good and waiter was horrible. He seated us then didn't come back to get order. Another waitress took our order then he brought it out and very slow to come back for drink refills. He seated people after us and never came back to help them and they left. Only 6 or 8 people in restaurant at dinner time. Manager seemed to just walk around and not care about customer service either. Good walking location to attractions at Falls area. The restaurant Freddie the waiter was horrible and sandwiches not good either.
