I liked the location of the hotel and the size of the room. It was also great to have free Wi Fi in our rooms The rooms were a bit too dark even with all the lights on. customer rating 5 out of 5 This hotel was excellent. The staff was great and friendly. They held our bags for us the next day after we checked so we could still walk around the city without having to carry our bags with us. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are very clean. Besides, what do you need a big room for. You're in NYC, you won't be spending much time in your hotel room other than to sleep and shower.
