Smell. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 This hotel was everything I wanted while in New York. Centrally located, and easy access to transit, entertainment, and a variety of restaurants. The decor was modern. Hotel was clean and fresh. Sometimes complimentary breakfasts are nothing but stale croissants and boxed cereal, this hotel provided a breakfast that had variety of options. Would definitely stay here again. Location was excellent. Complimentary breakfast hot, fast, had variety, friendly staff. Only complaint was the noise during the night. At times seemed like window was open. Hotel did however provide room with a set of earplugs. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The front desk staff was very helpful. Only had 2 elevators.
