Customer Reviews for W New York Times Square New Yorkcustomer rating 3 out of 5 The hotel was in a great location and the people there were very friendly and ready to help when asked. WiFi, Internet usage on hotel computers, local phone calls, and $5 for room service on top of extravagant prices (most hotels have free breakfasts). I also would have liked a refrigerator in the room, due to suffering from morning sickness. I was at the mercy of of the hotel, and needed to order room service breakfast each morning. It would have been nice to have cold drinking water, some milk for cereal, etc. In the end, this hotel struck me as a very greedy business, that would rather make money off me that ensure my comfort. I would not recommend it. The hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly. I did not like that every service had an additional cost, that there was no fridge. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I loved the way it smelled and the large lobby area. It was a tad bit too dark. I used to travel all the time and stay in 5 star hotels. We don't have the opportunity to do this so much anymore. It made me very nervous to book a hotel this way. Well I was wrong. First your Peter the Man that checked us in, The coffee and the tea was very hot. The sounds from the other room and they where not being loud. Just talking or coughing.
