We were looking for a reasonable (for NYC) hotel close to subway that we could see the sites we wanted to see without breaking the bank. Staff was friendly, efficient and very informative on how to travel the subways and in general getting around the city. Clean, felt safe, close to everything, unique, quiet, modern, friendly efficient staff. Nothing. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 They upgraded my room through my Starwood membership.
