Customer Reviews for W New York Downtown New Yorkcustomer rating 1.5 out of 5 If you want to feel like you've tripped and fallen into a really bad version of The Jetson's (cartoon) hotel, visit the W in the financial district. Decor is so awful, it's discombobulating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decor was so hideous that it detracted from our ability to enjoy our stay. Room was too small also for 4 stars. customer rating 5 out of 5 It was beautiful! Convenient. Beautiful. Nothing! customer rating 2.5 out of 5 I was expect a lot for W hotel downtown New York. but the hotel room is very small compare with other near by other hotels. Even there is no room for our 2 small luggage bags. No free wifi in the room. ( very common in New York hotel) however there is free wifi in hotel living room. I was scratched by the damaged king bed base corner. Very modern. Very Small hotel room, not worth for the money. No free wifi.
