All hotel staff were very courteous. Unfortunately, the room was very small. I was also disappointed to learn that the fitness centre was closed for renovations. Given the price range, the Waldorf Astoria is far more spectacular and a better value for your money. The hotel was situated in an outstanding location of New York City. I was very disappointed that the fitness centre was closed for renovations.
