Lack of TV in the living room (only in the bedroom). customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel and its staff were amazing, from beginning to end. It made the trip truly quite perfect. We usually always take our own bags up to the room, but the bellman at the front was so friendly, we said screw it, let's have him take our bags up! The rooms are suites.A separate sitting area & a separate bedroom area each w/ a flat screen TV. Plenty of closet & drawer space. Great wet-bar area w/ fridge, & microwave. Need ice. Just call downstairs & someone will bring it up to you! This hotel has balcony's for every room too! Bathroom is big! 2 sinks, a rain shower shower head, & heated bathroom floors! Bed was comfortable & has a built in massage mechanism! Ipod-dock radio! In-room shoe shiner/polishing machine! Plus, rooftop lounge/restaurant with great views! Everything! Spacious rooms! Great amenities! Plenty of storage space for clothes, etc! Big bathroom! Balcony! Nothing!
