We did get early check in so we were very ha Staff very friendly, very quiet inside of our room. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Everyone we had contact with was very friendly and helpful, especially the guy at the front desk, I forget his name but he was great. The room was clean and comfortable; nice bed. The common areas are in need of a little sprucing up. Close to a huge Whole Foods store and a restaurant called Pulino's that we really enjoyed for breakfast. Wasn't super crazy about the location. I was actually trying to book the Gem in Chelsea but in my haste I must've clicked on the one in "SOHO". customer rating 4.5 out of 5 It was a nice hotel with a nice staff in a nice price range. I would stay again. It was clean with comfy beds. Rooms are a bit small.
