The room view was amazing and the cleanliness was great. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice room in Manhattan. The cleanliness of the room was great as was the overall customer service.

All these factors and it's central Manhattan location make it the perfect place to stay when visiting NYC. Perfect NYC location for theater, restaurants, shopping, touring etc. Room was clean and very comfortable. customer rating 4 out of 5 Good value for money. The public spaces and rooms are good. The staff is not so friendly compared to other hotels I stayed in the US.
