Customer Reviews for Royalton Hotel New Yorkcustomer rating 5 out of 5 Very chic hotel. When I walked in, it was about 830pm and the hotel lounge was bustling with well-dressed folks and two bars. The bellhop was helpful and the front desk was very accommodating. The room was very cool and well-furnished, and my girlfriend was very impressed at how much nicer it was than the typical tiny NYC room. Wouldn't recommend it for families, necessarily, but a GREAT fit for a more romantic trip. Excellent location. Very pleased with the Royalton, and would definitely return. Swanky feel, chic room, and great bar. Somewhat dim in the room. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Excellent sleeping rooms, but the lobby is only for the extremely hip.
