The first night went fairly well, but on the second night so much noise was audible from the room next door to mine that sleep was impossible. I complained about the noise to the front d inoperable commode; noise from other room; staff not helpful with problems. customer rating 4.5 out of 5
This hotel was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Although the fridge was not cold enough, it was still very convenient to have a fridge. The room was quite stuffy even with the air conditioning on so we had to open the balcony doo Very comfortable beds and pillows. very good location, friendly staff. The bed and linens are comfortable, the location off Broadway is excellent, and the hotel is stylish but casual. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Location on 45th street is just 1/2 block off Broadway. The quality and selection of the breakfast foods has been down graded from that of prior stays.
