Room was small, but had everything necessary. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Very nice hotel. Excellent area - a bit out of the way, but still close to theaters and the park. Staff was outstanding! Better than La Meridian or Waldorf. Upgraded to larger room to accommodate two of us without charge. Access to common room off lobby for beverages, breakfast and dessert is a nice touch. Concierge was particularly helpful with pre-show dinner arrangements. The staff was excellent - best encountered in NYC including those at famous 5 star hotels. Eclectic hotel with main lobby one floor up from street. Can't think of any thing to complain about. Limited street presence. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The hotel is conveniently located three blocks from the E train that provides service to JFK, and it's a quick walk to Park Ave and Central Park. The hotel staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good and priced as expected. I would definitely stay here again. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The bathroom had an odd design for such an expensive renovation.
