I ordered room service and the food was good but very pricey. The lobby staff (front desk, concierge, theater, bell hop, doorman) were very friendly, courteous and helpful. It was a very good travel experience; I would stay there again. Location No coffee pot in room. customer rating 5 out of 5 The Millennium Hotel was excellent. We were in their Premier Tower, which included free cocktail hour and continental breakfast. Room was clean and very modern, and very generous in terms of size. The real kicker was the "window wall." The entire outside wall was a window. What a view of New York City! The staff we interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a little too warm. Not sure if air conditioning was working correctly. customer rating 2 out of 5 An old hotel, and a nice enough one, but the location is horrible from the point of view of being swamped with clueless tourists. The pillows were impossibly hard, and the internet service only worked intermittently, and was very slow. Flashing bright lights from Times Square made sleep difficult. Central location, super helpful concierge. Light from Times Square illuminated the room at night, making sleep difficult.
