Would like a starbucks inside. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The room and location was great. It was pricey, but it looks like everything in the Times Square area is (my first time in NYC). The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Good location, nice room. Staff was friendly. Internet is not free. customer rating 5 out of 5 Parking $55 a day. Had to upgrade to Ambassador plan to get a king bed and anything above 7th floor. Staff excellent. Great location and view from the room. No tub for my wife to bath in.
