Customer Reviews for Hotel Roger Williams New Yorkcustomer rating 2 out of 5 Don't go near the continental breakfast it's a trap, the coffee is bad, the rolls are stale, and it's priced twice as much as the very nice café two doors down. Plus, they set it out as if it was complimentary no mention of prices. Fan in the room sounded like a jet engine. Dispensers in the shower did not dispense, they could not figure it out after several attempts, then finally gave us the usual bottles. Charged an extra "service fee" at registration. The clerk said it was for the "free" wifi. Plus, with the construction, felt like we were living in a construction trailer. They held our bags after check-out. Not possible in 20 words or less. Room was teensy, bed was small, snacks and drinks in my face were ridiculously priced, no extra pillow, no view (brick wall), no onsite bar/restaurant.
