Customer Reviews for Holiday Inn Express New York City Times Square New Yorkcustomer rating 3.5 out of 5 When we checked into the hotel, the desk attendant was very polite, but when we asked the maid for new sheets, she told us "maybe". When we came home 3 hours later, we still had no new sheets. Also, the last night of our stay it took twenty minutes for the water to become even remotely warm. The location was great, right around the corner from Times Square. Rude maid, lack of hot water. customer rating 5 out of 5 Would stay at this hotel again & again! Extremely clean and welcoming lobby & room. The Christmas window display was a nice touch. The friendly staff was always available to answer any questions about NYC. I do not think I ever heard a sound from anywhere, which allowed a good night's rest. Each staff member responded courteously and helpfully to my que All staff were courteous and engaging. The location was not ideal for me, but this does not reflect on the hotel itself.
