Great location with easy access to restaurants and drug stores which makes traveling easier. We've stayed in other NYC hotels and had to walk several blocks to find a bite to eat. The rooms are small but the bathrooms are generous and have places to stash toiletry items. The room was very clean and also had a closet..something not all NYC hotels have. The location is excellent, lots of restaurants nearby as well as drug stores for snacks/water, etc.. Rooms are quite small--not unusual in NYC. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 A nice hotel. I would consider staying there again. They need to install security access systems in their elevators. Hotel staff was very professional. The room was small, but average for New York. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Good location, friendly service but ugly Internet service and cost. Convenient location. Ugly Internet and you will be charged triple in one room for iPad, iPhone and your laptop.
