Customer Reviews for Fashion 26 A Wyndham Hotel New Yorkcustomer rating 1.5 out of 5 I was extremely disappointed that the hotel was not more accommodating with my needs. I explained that, I was traveling with my 22yr old son and that I needed a room with two double beds. I requested this directly with the hotel. When I arrived they advised me that they had no room with double beds. My son had to sleep on the floor. They did not have any roll away beds either. The only thing they offered was an extra comforter and pillows. This really ruined the trip for both of us. I liked the location. The hotel seemed to have a dark atmosphere. Expensive parking. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Although, the lobby appearance is chic, the general comfort within the rooms was neglected. It took an inordinate amount of time to get the room cleaned by housekeeping. I requested that the room be serviced four times over a course of four hours. Housekeeping finally came shortly before 4pm. The hotel location was very convenient for me. The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. My room was directly across from the elevator, so it was noisy.
